23 Mindset Practices for a Better & Epic Wholesaling Life

If you’ve been on the blog or heard me talk in person, you know I’m big on the idea that everything that happens in life, and thus everything that happens in your business, is all based on your mindset.

Having the right mindset is not only something I believe in, but something I teach to all of my AstroFlipping student members.

Now this ‘ah-ha’ moment about mindset, motivation, and manifesting didn’t come to me in the middle of the night; but you bet I wish it had. No, this moment came when I least expected it.

This actually came to me when I was about to mentally shatter. We’ve all been there, when the stresses of life have piled up so high that your brain struggles to process a simple thought.

But I’ll tell you this – Once I began to apply these particular mindset practices, I was able to recenter my mind on what I wanted to accomplish, manifesting those goals and putting more positives than negatives in my thought process.

Guys, the difference was huge!

23 Practices for a Quieter Mind and an Epic Wholesaler Life

When it comes to having the right mindset, it’s all about quieting the noise that’s happening within and stopping you from doing and fulfilling what it is that you want to do.

This is what I would call a ‘mind prison.’ Your mind prison is actually a human subconscious motion – it’s what we use to keep us alive. It’s what flares that decision to run when a lion or bear is coming after you.

But it can also keep us small, from doing things we want, and ultimately kill our dreams. It prevents us every day from, say running off the road or starting the business we’ve always wanted.

We also have hidden motives when it comes to our ‘mind prison.’ Things like:

  • Greed

  • Laziness

  • Resistance

  • Holding grudges

  • Jealousy and envy

And that’s just a few. And we’ve all experienced this at one time or another; it’s human nature. But the true test is knowing when we feel these things and how to overcome them.

So how do you do that?

By doing these things:

  1. Be happy

  2. Have total and complete acceptance

  3. Acknowledge and appreciate the people in your life

  4. Stop holding people accountable to agreements

  5. Practice being un-offendable

  6. Make a contribution to everyone you meet

These are just a few of the 23 practices that I learned and continue to use every day. I believe in them so much that I spoke about this at Pace Morby’s Subto Mastermind a few weeks ago.

You can hear all 23 practices in the video below:

It’s a long watch, I know, but I also believe that it’s essential to learn and understand how our mind prisons work.

Again, this isn’t a one-off thing you watch and then learn in a day. This is an ongoing, daily routine and depending on who you are, this can take a short amount of time to implement or longer.

But I do encourage you to implement this within your life and your business. You’ll be amazed at the difference not being in a mind prison makes.
